1. The following tariffs shall be applicable to the libraries of the City of Durban and shall be payable in accordance with the Library Bylaws adopted by the City Council of that City (hereafter referred to as "the Bylaws").

2. Any word or expression used in these tariffs shall bear the meaning given thereto in the Bylaws and any reference herein to a section shall be a reference to a section of the Bylaws unless the context indicates otherwise.

3. Tariffs

(1) Membership charges

(b) Visitors in terms of section 5(6):

a refundable deposit of R20,00

a charge per month per book of R6,50

(c) additional books in terms of section

5(1)(proviso):
